RKN-103 M

Orlett RKN-103 (M) bandage stabilizes and relieves the knee joint, limits pathological movements in it. The bandage is made of modern material – aeroprene – which doesn't prevent normal air exchange. The heat-saving effect of aeroprene promotes stimulation of blood circulation in the affected area and potentiates the action of topical medication. The patellar ring fixes the patella in the correct position and prevents pathological redistribution of edema.

Spiral stiffeners promote proper positioning of the orthosis in the knee joint area, prevent its displacement and twisting, which is especially important for patients with a non-standard shin/thigh volume ratio. Starting from 2015, the model range will include sizes for patients with larger thighs.

Indications for use:

• Inflammatory degenerative diseases of the knee joint, in the absence of contraindications to warming therapy.
• Repeated rehabilitation after injuries and knee and patellar surgery.
• Prevention of injuries and exacerbations of inflammatory degenerative diseases (especially seasonal) of the knee joint.
